615Chutney is an Indian restaurant on Highway 70 South where the headliner is a robot named Singam, who rolls out curries and rice on a stack of shelves, wears electronic cat ears, and meows on approach. Only the half-booth, half-table seats get the robot service, so regulars know to ask when they sit down. Nashville Scene gave Singam Best Food-Serving Robot in 2023, which is a category I did not know I needed.
