This is an intimate counter-only omakase restaurant in Nihombashi serving Portuguese cuisine, where the chef threads the restrained rhythm of omakase through bold Iberian flavors across a 13-course progression. It moved from Kyoto and landed in Tokyo to the same quiet frenzy of demand. Bring patience for the reservation system and a loose evening.
