    Named for wild garlic, the plant bears apparently sprint toward after hibernation, this one-Michelin-star creative restaurant sits just outside central Quimper with Brittany's coastline firmly on the plate. Scallops from the Bay of Morlaix and abalone anchor the menu, while the chef works in herbs and flowers and a fondness for light foamy sauces. A counter facing the open kitchen gives the room a little edge beyond the tasteful, elegant default.
