    Zhor Saad single-handedly runs the Valley's only Moroccan restaurant from her combined dining room, market, and boutique, moving between host and kitchen with practiced grace since 2008. Steaming tagines of saffron lamb or fish, pillowy couscous, and her signature bastilla—a phyllo pie of chicken and nuts dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar—arrive when they're ready, and they're worth the wait.
