    Most hotels in Oia face the caldera; this all-suite resort quietly turns its back on the crowd and looks northwest over the open Aegean instead. The sunsets hold up fine. Every suite comes with a private infinity pool, and the spa, Evexia, runs larger than anything comparable on the island. A Michelin Key recognizes the property. The poolside bar, inexplicably named Pacman, handles cocktails and occasional DJ nights without losing the mood.
