    Tucked into Deansgate Mews on an elevated walkway inside the old Great Northern building, this vegetable-forward sharing-plates bistro sources from local, ethical growers and lets each dish arrive one at a time so nothing gets lost in the crowd. The bread comes from Holy Grain next door, the wine list leans low-intervention, and the room runs warm and loud in the way that makes you order another round without noticing.
