Arami
Peruvian
The name comes from the Guaraní word for "little sky," which sets the tone for a restaurant that carries a lot of ambition lightly. Chef Marsia Taha Mohamed spent a decade as head chef at Gustu before opening this pale-wood, low-key dining room in Achumani, where the menu maps the meeting point between the Amazon and the Andes. It landed on Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants. The food is composed enough to make you pause before picking up a fork.
