A vegan restaurant in Busan's Yeongdo-gu where the name is short for "around plants," which tells you everything about the philosophy and nothing about how surprisingly complete the food turns out to be. The kitchen pairs plant-based dishes with house-made rice wine, and the coconut-oil cheese reads convincingly like cheddar. Bracken pasta made with dried ferns and mushrooms is a signature worth ordering. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
