    An open courtyard on the ground floor pulls in the neighborhood as much as the guests, which tells you a lot about what kind of hotel this is. ASAI Sathorn sits in a low-rise, leafy pocket of Sathorn where street carts and indie cafés share the block with cocktail bars. Rooms are compact and no-frills, but the beds are good and the design is clean. A BTS stop nearby makes the rest of Bangkok easy.
