Buried beneath The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair, Asaya is a 12,000-square-foot subterranean spa occupying what was once the American embassy, which is a sentence you don't get to write very often. The only full-length pool in the neighborhood anchors the space, and the whole thing has the hush and scale of somewhere that takes recovery seriously. Vogue named it among the 100 best spas in the world.
