Buried beneath The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair, Asaya is a 12,000-square-foot subterranean spa occupying what was once the American embassy, which is a sentence you don't get to write very often. The only full-length pool in the neighborhood anchors the space, and the whole thing has the hush and scale of somewhere that takes recovery seriously.
