    Glittery couches, a backbar stacked with hard-to-find agave and sugar-cane spirits, and DJs on weekends make the setup clear before the first drink arrives. This is a cocktail bar that takes its mixing seriously, with odd, exciting combinations sitting alongside mastery of the classics. The kitchen turns out proper bar food, too. North America's 50 Best Bars has it listed, and the crowd skews local, which is usually the better sign.
