Black-and-white tile floors, bistro chairs, and enamel signs covering every available wall surface: this neighbourhood bistro in the leafy outskirts of Brussels has the bones of a classic. The slate menu runs French-leaning traditional, heavy on country pâté, long-simmered stews, and frites cooked to order. A Michelin Bib Gourmand keeps the regulars from having it entirely to themselves. Good run of local beers and natural wines to see it all through.
