Tucked into a narrow Soho alley, this twelve-seat counter restaurant is the London outpost of Simon Rogan's L'Enclume. Drinks and snacks come first in the small bar, each one presented by a different chef, which sets the tone before the tasting menu begins. The kitchen leans heavily on produce from Rogan's own Cumbrian farm, and the food is precise and inventive in that quietly confident way. It holds a Michelin star.
