A sun-bleached palette of oatmeal and natural stone sets the tone at this Greek restaurant in DIFC, where the chef draws on childhood summers along the Greek coast. The food follows that same unhurried logic, mezze spreads of hot, cold, and raw dishes meant for a table of friends with nowhere to be. It reads less like Dubai doing Greece and more like Greece forgetting to leave.
