Wood-panelled walls and a recording-studio vibe make this cocktail bar feel like the grown-up secret Hard Rock Cafe didn't tell anyone about. Tucked around the corner from the Mayfair flagship, it trades the memorabilia frenzy for something quieter: properly mixed drinks in a room that reads more gentleman's library than rock temple. Surprisingly few people know it exists, which is probably why the atmosphere stays so easy.
