    A converted church sanctuary in East Nashville holds a 100-bottle wine program and a sprawling bar built for conviviality. The kitchen moves easily between playful appetizers—whipped pimento cheese, reimagined chicken nuggets—and more substantial plates of grilled steak and spinach-stuffed quail. The result is a place that takes wine seriously but doesn't take itself too seriously.
