    Pastel towers and turrets modeled on a 19th-century Canarian village rise above freeform pools and palm gardens right on the Atlantic coast of Costa Adeje. This sprawling luxury resort runs to 21 restaurants and bars, most of them open to the sea breeze, and the near-perfect year-round weather means the outdoor terraces are rarely empty. The kind of place where a sangria on the beach can quietly absorb an entire afternoon without anyone looking concerned.
