The views across the River Adaja to Ávila's medieval walls do a lot of the work before a single plate arrives. This is a creative tasting menu restaurant, Michelin starred, set inside a handsomely restored old flour warehouse, where the kitchen runs open to the room and the philosophy runs zero-waste. Two elaborate menus trace the landscape and seasons around the city, with locally sourced, ecologically minded ingredients and crockery made by hand.
