A canalside neighbourhood restaurant in The Hague's Spinoza Quarter, where Scandinavian minimalism meets mismatched vintage furniture and the terrace hovers right over the water. The kitchen leans French but thinks seasonally, with vegetables often carrying the meal and the menu built for sharing. Portions are generous without being a big deal about it.
