    A tiny flower shop at the entrance is the first hint that this 57-room boutique hotel takes its decorating seriously, in the most gleefully unserious way. Each room at The Collector has its own cabinet-of-curiosities theme, rubber ducks, cassette tapes, marbles, with marble bathrooms and custom portraits made from objects that have no business being in a frame. Formal is not the vibe here.
