The Peking duck arrives with hoisin sauce and a house-made sambal, crispy-skinned and served the way it deserves to be. Zheng is a restaurant built around the four main branches of Chinese cuisine, sent out in small dishes, often three to a course. The dining room is dressed in traditional tableware and objets d'art, which are also for sale, in case you find yourself attached to the bowl.
