    The open oven in the center of the room makes the argument before anyone sits down. Bella Napoli is a spacious, modern Neapolitan pizza restaurant on one of Riga's main streets, busy with locals and tourists who all seem to have opinions about crust. The menu splits between a classic dough and a gourmet version with a 48-hour ferment, the latter notably light and well-balanced. It landed on 50 Top Pizza Europe, which for a pizza place in Latvia is a detail worth knowing.
