    A basement restaurant in Kanda that serves exactly one thing: biryani, mutton or chicken, and nothing else. The basmati is cooked to order and timed so it comes off the heat the moment the last guest sits down, which is either charming or nerve-wracking depending on your punctuality. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks for a place this focused. Spices forward, oil restrained, grains separate.
