Terracotta floors, stone walls, and a beamed ceiling do a lot of the heavy lifting in this cozy village bistro on Bonnieux's central square. The kitchen leans Mediterranean but wanders where it likes, pulling in Latin American threads that sit surprisingly well alongside Provençal produce. The little terrace out front fills up fast, and the whole operation has the easy, unhurried pace you hope for but rarely find in a postcard-pretty hilltop village.
