    The terrace at this Michelin-starred Luberon restaurant faces west, which means the sunset arrives on schedule every evening whether you ordered it or not. The kitchen runs on modernized Provençal cooking, with tasting menus that lean into local ingredients and bold sauces, one menu built almost entirely around plants. Wood-fired cooking at the adjacent La Bergerie adds another register to the whole affair.
