A two-level seafood restaurant on Broadbeach's main strip, BLOWFISH pulls a crowd that dresses up a little and stays for rounds. The team behind Moo Moo runs this one, and the formula is similar: big room, confident cooking, a wine list with ambition. Moreton Bay bug rolls and grilled WA rock lobster do most of the heavy lifting on a menu that mixes surf and turf without apology. The Australian Good Food Guide awarded it a Chef Hat.
