This is a brasserie built for excess, perched on the third floor of the Cheesegrater in the City, and dressed accordingly: gold, gleam, and a menu that leans into caviar, oysters, and Josper-grilled steaks. The financial district crowd doesn't need a second invitation. Come with an expense account or a very good excuse.
