This contemporary Italian restaurant in Burgos folds Castilian instincts into the Italian canon, so a cod with pilpil sauce or a caramelised panettone torrija lands with one foot in each tradition. Two tasting menus, named Fellini and Sophia Loren, sit alongside à la carte.
