A bistro in the Ravizza neighborhood where the gyoza comes filled with ossobuco and finished with saffron cream, which tells you most of what you need to know about the kitchen's sense of humor. It's the kind of warm, brick-and-wood room that Italy does better than anywhere, serving contemporary Italian cooking that takes occasional detours through Spain and East Asia without losing the thread.
