Buckwheat galettes made from organic, locally sourced ingredients at a crêperie right on Cancale's working oyster port. The concept has an unlikely origin story: the owner first took Breton galettes to Tokyo, opened several Japanese locations, then brought the whole thing back home. Fillings run from traditional to spider crab and Saint Malo wakame seaweed. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and a table here most days requires a reservation.
