    The fish of the day gets announced out loud here, which sets the tone for this seafood restaurant on Cancale's port. The terrace looks straight out over the bay toward Mont Saint Michel, and the menu leans hard into the region, running from local oysters and abalone to saltmarsh lamb. The owners also run a simpler spot next door for when you'd rather not commit to a full sit-down with a view like that.
