    Army mess clubs of colonial India set the theme at this big, boisterous Indian restaurant spread across the ground floor of the Bloomberg building. Live fire does most of the work, with the menu leaning on barbecue and street food dishes. Several screens show sport, keeping the noise level at a pitch that makes conversation an act of commitment. A solid lineup of beers and whiskies helps with that.
