Burien Press is the original coffee shop from the couple behind Moonshot, Seasmith, and Fable, which makes it the one the others are trying to be. Drinks lean seasonal and simple, built on Olympia beans, and the pastry case is anchored by a gluten-free banana bread that eats like coffee cake. When coffee o'clock passes, beer and wine take over, so nobody has to leave.
