    A pink-and-ochre cluster of fisherman's cottages tumbling down Saint-Tropez's highest hill, Byblos has held the jet set's attention since the 1960s without ever seeming to try. It's a luxury hotel laid out like a Lebanese village, all private courtyards and fountains, with Laura Gonzalez-redesigned rooms, a Sisley spa, a beach club at Pampelonne, and Les Caves du Roy still doing what it's always done. Forbes Four Star.
