    Chanson française on the speakers and a terrace added onto a bistro that had no business needing one, given the foot traffic on this pedestrian lane behind the marina. Two locals who know Saint-Tropez's dining scene from the inside opened it, and the cooking follows the seasons with the kind of generosity the word "bistronomy" promises more often than it delivers. Vegetarian and gluten-free options sit alongside the rest without being an afterthought.
