Cachet
Brasserie French
A brasserie that runs from breakfast through dinner, Cachet is the chef behind Lars Amsterdam putting a personal spin on the classic French format. The room leans into traditional elegance without taking it too seriously, and the menu swings wide, from foie gras terrine to caviar to a pavlova that apparently sends people straight back to the reservation page. Come hungry and undecided; that tends to work out fine here.
