Can Jubany

A Michelin-starred farmhouse restaurant outside Barcelona where the vegetable garden at the entrance feeds the kitchen behind it. Chef Nandu Jubany, who has raced in the Dakar Rally between services, roots his contemporary Catalan cooking firmly in the countryside around it.
