The olive press that once stood here belonged to Antonino Cannavacciuolo's grandfather, and the chef has turned that ground into a Michelin-starred restaurant in the Campanian countryside. The kitchen runs on a dialogue between north and south Italy, with vegetables given their own tasting menu and produce pulled from the property's garden and orchard. Bucolic, personal, and quietly serious about what ends up on the plate.
