Torre del Saracino
Italian
A medieval tower perched steps from the Tyrrhenian Sea on the Vico Equense coast, Torre del Saracino holds two Michelin stars and a dining room that stares straight at Vesuvius. Chef Gennaro Esposito starts guests in the tower itself with aperitivi and antipasti before moving them into 1970s-decorated rooms for a long, unhurried meal of fish and meat that leans into the color and warmth of Campania.
