    A terrace suspended over the Bay of Naples, with sunsets that make conversation briefly impossible, sets the scene at this fine dining restaurant tucked inside a quiet hotel in Seiano, well away from the Amalfi Coast circus. The kitchen works through two tasting menus built from Campanian tradition, land and sea in confident rotation, with enough invention to feel modern without showing off about it.
