Carnitas Don Enrique is a casual taquería with a covered patio, the kind of place where shredded pork arrives over a liter of Pepsi and nobody finds this unusual. Office workers eat solo and make conversation with the taquero, and the menu runs from shoulder to hog maw, as tacos or tortas, with surtida combos for the undecided. A trio of salsas lives on every table, including pickled green habaneros that deserve some respect.
