    The rooftop pool sits above the Zona Minerva treetops, which tells you something about the priorities here. Casa Habita is a 37-room boutique hotel from Grupo Habita, the Mexican mini-chain that has a habit of making everywhere else look fussy. Rooms go spare and geometric, all marble bathrooms and Mondrian-ish sliding glass, with materials sourced from Jalisco. The cocktail bar draws locals, which is usually the sign worth trusting.
