A 100-room independent hotel on the edge of the Peak District where the owners also run the farm that supplies the beef. Rooms go from standard doubles up to suites with hot tubs on the balcony, and Cocina, the in-house steakhouse, dry-ages its cuts on site. Barça Bar handles cocktails at ground level. Eleven conference rooms mean you'll likely share the car park with a team-building away day, but the hot tub suites are a reasonable counterargument.
