A window cut into the floor of the Naia suite looks down into an abandoned 18th-century tunnel, which sets the tone for this six-room boutique hotel in San Miguel's historic center. The late fashion photographer Deborah Turbeville lived here for decades and gave it its name. Her suite is one of several, each distinct, some with fireplaces, some with balconies. A rooftop terrace with a hot tub and bar rounds things out nicely.
