    Stained glass on the grand staircase, parquet floors, antique chandeliers, and a marble fireplace in the reading room: this Art Nouveau mansion a block from the Palamós waterfront takes the boutique hotel format seriously. Rooms run white, olive, navy, and mustard. Breakfast comes with locally made jams, and the pool sits on a lawn green enough to make barefoot sangria feel like the obvious plan.
