Chapter One
Modern European New American
A 1930s building in Locksbottom, with just enough period detail in the interior to feel considered rather than costumed, sets the scene for this neighborhood modern European restaurant. The Mibrasa grill does real work here, lending some smoke and char to prime British produce. Regulars clearly know the menu by heart, and the service team are the kind who notice when your glass is nearly empty.
