Chateau Kefraya

Wine has been made in this valley since before Rome existed, and Château Kefraya leans into that with enough confidence to skip the mythology. A working winery visit in the Bekaa Valley, the tour moves through the vineyards, past actual Roman ruins, and down into the cellars and arak distillery, with the mountains visible at most turns.
