    The coffee ceremony here arrives in a jebena, the traditional Ethiopian clay flask, and it's not a performance for tourists but the way the place works. Chibo is an Ethiopian coffee shop tucked into a Lilburn strip mall, serving espresso and drip alongside house-roasted beans you can take home. Sambusa and kinche are made to order. The couple who run it treat every visitor like a regular they just haven't met yet.
