A set-menu restaurant on the grounds of a winery in Chacras de Coria, about fifteen minutes from Mendoza, with a terrace overlooking a koi pond that makes you wonder why you ever eat indoors. The menu is casual and unfussy, empanadas with hand-chopped filling and smoked chimichurri, grilled ribeye, a pear mille-feuille to finish. Wine pairing comes with the experience, which at a winery restaurant feels less like an upsell and more like basic logic.
