The house-made charcuterie case does most of the persuading at this beloved butcher and deli from Donald Link. Mortadella, head cheese, and a muffuletta stacked with house meats and olive salad run alongside a smoky Cubano and something called Le Pig Mac. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand, and the bread is baked in-house. Order more than you think you need; the muffuletta alone could feed two.
